BAPE x VANS KNU SKOOL PACK: CAMO MEETS CHECKERBOARD

BAPE and Vans are back together, and this time they’re bringing their long-running partnership to the Knu Skool. The two-pair pack drops July 15, 2026 through both brands in-store and online at $150 each.
The Knu Skool is already an exaggerated take on the Old Skool — bulkier, chunkier, harder to ignore — and BAPE leans into that energy by swapping the iconic side stripe for their shooting star logo and adding shark teeth to the front of the midsole. Both pairs split two different camo patterns across the lateral and medial panels, mixing them the way stars and stripes come together on a flag.
The Camo Green pair runs BAPE’s classic green camo on one side and pairs it with Vans‘ checkerboard on the other — a true co-branded handshake between two icons. The Camo Black goes darker, mixing two shades of BAPE camo across the upper. Both sit on a black suede base — clean enough to skate if you want — with A BATHING APE embossed on the midsole and metallic silver BAPE Head lace dubraes on each pair.
It’s a collab that makes sense on paper and delivers in person. BAPE is riding a wave right now — fresh off collabs with KidSuper and Hidden NY — and Vans has been on a quiet streak of perfectly placed partnerships through their OTW line. Putting the two together on the Knu Skool, one of the more talked-about silhouettes of the last two years, is a natural move. Both colorways are live July 15 at bape.com and vans.com in-store and online.
